QUALITY & ASSURANCE

Rainbird have been through the process of quality assurance but have yet formally to apply for accreditation. This does not, however, prevent us from delivering the Assurance and Quality expected by our discerning Clients.

Rainbird Group has committed to Investors in People. It sees this programme as vital to its future progression and will seek accreditation at the appropriate time.

We have always focused sharply on what the customer needs and expects. It can do this particularly effectively as it is very much a family Company (a member of the fifth generation has recently been appointed to the Board). It also understands that to have satisfied customers it has to have a dedicated and well motivated workforce and staff who are also content and can share in the objectives and goals of the organisation.

The Company has traditionally paid great attention to the training and development for those who work for it. It sees the Investors in People programme embodying and formalising these ideals into a cohesive platform from which to confront the challenges of the future.
